Find your PEEPS! You should always feel safe and supported and free to talk about your person, your grief and your feelings.
There will be good days and bad days (and super duper depressing days). Acceptance is the key. Don't be yourself up for struggling.

We know how difficult it can be to ask for (and accept) help. But, inherently, people want to help others. When they ask, give them a list! They are helping as much for themselves as they are for you. 🌱
RULE OF THUMB: don't make any major life decisions within the first 12 months after a major loss. Remember, grief doesn't only come from death. Grief comes from breakups, estrangements, financial devastation and more.
